College Is Near

College is near and my 50cc Moped is all ready to go for campus life. I just got a tune up on my ride and she's in mint condition. My 50cc moped is perfect for the life of a college student and and I suggest all college students look into getting one themselves. I use my moped for various things throughout the week.

Whether it's driving it to class. Driving it over to a friends place to hang out. Taking it out to the library to do some studying. Or any little errand that needs to be done around campus. Having my moped is so awesome for many reasons. My main reason is the fact that I hate walking, and this completely eliminates walking. Plus when driving my moped I don't have to carry anything. My 50cc moped has a little trunk on the back that holds all my books and things I need to bring to class. Mopeds are perfect for college campuses and I don't know what I would do without mine.

New Trunk!

So lately I've been lacking storage room on my 50cc moped, and I decided it may be time to buy a new, bigger trunk. So after some time researching trunks online, I came across this one trunk which I really liked a lot. It was about 2 times the size of my previous one, and could fit a whole bunch more.

The trunk itself was designed to be sleek, and fit the moped perfect. I definitely think I chose the right one this time around. The trunk matches my moped perfectly, and doesn't stick out like a soar thumb like I thought it was going to. Now with my new trunk I can fit all my books for all my classes at once. This is awesome so I don't have to take my books out of my moped when I'm going to the library, or a friends apartment to study, or do homework.

When it comes to 50cc mopeds, you can beat the fact that you can just hop on and go wherever with such fantastic gas mileage. I mean come on my 50cc moped gets about 78 miles to the gallon on average! Thats amazing!

Once my new trunk was installed I gave my old trunk to my brother because he was lacking a trunk on his moped period. All this time he had been strapping his belongings to the back of his vehicle with a bungee cord. Kind of ridiculous, but hey you  gotta do what you gotta do right?

First Time On A Moped Like This

Today I road this sweet 50cc moped that my friend had at his house. It was the first time I had ever road one that was quite like this one. I swear I had never seen anything like it. I swear it was like a 50cc Moped with pedals. I was driving this thing around going from using an engine, to using the pedals. It was amazing!

With this type of moped the possibilities are endless. If you run out of gas, bam, you can switch to the pedal bike. If you simply want some exercise, you can cut the motor and ride it like a bike. Or if your simply using it as a bike to begin with, and you don't want to pedal up this massive hill, you can switch over on over to the moped.

I really love these 50cc mopeds now more than ever. If I was to get one I feel I wouldn't get anything other than this type. I mean why not get an old school moped, with the pedals built into it? You really can't beat it. I mean the thing gets upwards of 100 miles to the gallon to begin with, and then you can pedal it if you run out.

Moving To The City

My wife and I are thinking about moving into the city, but there's so much that goes along with it. Our biggest concern about moving into the city, is transportation. We both decided that we want to avoid using our cars, and possibly get rid of them completely. Parking is terrible anyways, so having a car would just be non sense for us. We decided that maybe getting a moped of some sort would put us in the right direction.

After some research here and there, I narrowed it down to a 50cc moped that we both like. 50cc mopeds are fantastic vehicles and are super efficient, reliable, and exactly what we need for the city life. The moped that I'm looking at gets 80 miles to the gallon, and is suppose to be perfect for driving around cities.

50cc mopeds come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors, but we've decided on this awesome red and white one.

We both love the sleekness of this particular moped, and the paint job on it. After reading some reviews on it, I decided that it was a good, quality chinese moped to purchase. After reading all this stuff about moped, we want one so bad that making our decision on moving into the city is getting that much easier! I mean affording a moped is 100 times easier than affording a car. And especially maintenance as well.
