50cc Motorized Bicycles

        Buying a moped can be a miserable experience if your strapped for cash. This is why I built my own moped. 50cc Mopeds are fantastic vehicles for small towns, campuses, or your neighborhood. The mopeds I built get 100+ MPG, and reach speeds of up to 40 MPH. I mean lets be honest, you can't beat that! 
        Below you can see a couple pictures of the mopeds I built. The top one I built on an old mountain bike I found in my garage, and the bottom one the same thing except I refurbished the bike making it pretty much brand new. Making you own motorized bike isn't as hard as it may seem, and it only took me about 3 hours to build the first one, and then about 2 hours for the second one.
